Account deletion

Delete your account

You can delete your MYSOVA account from inside the app. This removes your profile and starts deletion of personal data associated with your account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open MYSOVA.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion.
Data removal: once verified, account deletion and UK GDPR erasure requests are completed within 30 days unless we must retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or safety reasons.

If you cannot log in

Submit the request form with the email address used for your MYSOVA account. We will use that address to verify ownership before deletion.

Request deletion

This form creates a pre-filled email to privacy@mysova.co.uk so the request can be submitted from any static web host.

Do not include passwords, card details, or sensitive identity documents in this form.

If your mail app did not open, email privacy@mysova.co.uk with your account email and the subject "Delete my MYSOVA account".
