The work or team night — a structure that includes everyone

Party roles distribute the effort and the leaderboard gives quieter people a way to participate that is not drinking. Phantom Mode means anyone who does not want to appear on a public list simply does not. Diminishing returns apply as the venue count climbs, which keeps the night honest. Every point is server-attributed via the secure_checkin_v2 RPC: the client never awards XP, and every point traces back to a geofenced, dwell-verified arrival.
