Owlet is where every MYSOVA member starts. The first nine levels cover your first weeks of clock-ins. Rank progression is fast at this stage because the XP curve is gentle, so you climb visibly each weekend. The Owl is watching what kinds of venues you pick, what zones you favour, and how often you actually stay long enough for dwell milestones to fire.

§03 — A night at Owlet
Example night
Friday, 19:40. The Owl pings your second-ever clock-in: a basement room on Greek Street. You stay for forty minutes, long enough for the first dwell milestone to fire. A Local one rank above you walks past — Crossed Paths logs both names. By 23:00 you have your first 80 XP and a streak counter that reads 2. The room hasn't recognised you yet. It will.
