Regular means you go out enough that the streak stays alive. Levels 20–29 require sustained weekly cadence — Streak protection (paid-tier feature) starts paying for itself here. The XP curve steepens noticeably; you will earn slower per clock-in than at Local, which is why the Owl Questions drip and Live Loyalty Rewards become the better leverage at this tier.

Example night
Saturday, 22:50. Streak day 17. Your second venue tonight — a pisco bar in Fitzrovia — and the door already has your name. Owl Question drops at 23:00: you answer in nine seconds, +20 XP. A returning-customer Live Loyalty drink credits to your tab. By the time you leave at 01:40 the night has posted 280 XP, your streak is intact, and tomorrow's clock-in is already pencilled in.
